Greek Yogurt with Granola Banana and Baked Cinnamon Apple

Greek Yogurt with Granola Banana and Baked Cinnamon Apple

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium Fuji apple, peeled and sliced
  • 2 table spoons of cinnamon
  • 1 table spoon of organic agave nectar
  • 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of organic granola
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add apple slices, cinnamon and agave. Toss and mix well.
  3. Lay apple slices evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
  4. In serving bowl, spoon in Greek yogurt.
  5. Add granola, banana slices and baked cinnamon apple.
  6. Enjoy!
